Those of us who are part of FOSFOQUIM, as a private company in the Chemical Industry, promise to act
systematically to continuously improve the performance of our processes and satisfy the needs of our customers.
POLICY ON QUALITY
A Quality Management System has been set up in the company, under the scope of the Code of Responsible Care
and promotes rules with the following principles:
- Comply with the specifications and requirements agreed upon with our customers.
- Progress towards operational excellence in our processes with the application of continuous improvement philosophy and with the participation teams of workers.
- Develop competences by training and motivating our personnel to perform in accordance with the required standards.
- Periodically communicate to the organization the principal results obtained in the processes and in the normal run of the business.
- Ensure goods and services obtained from our suppliers and collaborating companies comply with the Quality, Safety and Environmental performance standards that are acceptable for FOSFOQUIM.
The materialization of these principles will allow us to progress towards leadership in competitiveness among the companies in the same type of business.
ENVIROMENTAL POLICY
Those of us who work in the company are responsible for protecting and preserving the environment and we have committed:
- To comply with the current legislation and the commitments voluntarily subscribed.
- To prevent contamination and evaluate the environmental impact of future development plans.
- To continuously improve our environmental performance by proper operation practices of the Responsible Care system and the use of best technologies.
- To be good neighbors by attending to the environmental concerns of the Community.
- To efficiently use Water and Energy Resources and responsibly manage residual wastes.
- Permanently train and promote the active participation of workers and collaborators in environmental management.
- Permanently inform staff, personnel, associates, authorities and the community about our environmental performance.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIROMENTAL POLICY
FOSFOQUIM is committed to seeking levels of excellence on the health and safety of its workers and collaborators by establishing and maintaining a Continuous Improvement Management System that supports the following principles:
- Compliance to current legislation and Occupational health and Safety commitments contractually undertaken.
- Promotion of preventive culture in its workers on Safety and Occupational Health, through permanent and effective Leadership on the part of its executives, supervisors and industrial HSE Committees within the Responsible Care system.
- Continuously identify, evaluate and control project and operational risks under normal conditions and in emergency crisis.
- Maintain workers informed, as well as authorities and community in general on the management of Safety and Occupational Health of FOSFOQUIM.
Compliance to such principles and commitments are of great value to the company.
